    The above prices are subject to change w/o notice. Prices do not include a required $250.00 security deposit. Deposit must be received within 10 days of booking the condo. All reservations require a cashiers check or certified check for deposit and rental payment. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
    Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday during high season and will accept three night minimum otherwise.

    This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT!! Sorry we do not rent to students or anyone under 25.
